- Incorrect items. Contact us before opening or using the product where possible.
- Eligibility. Some wellness products may not be refundable once opened, used, or unsealed for hygiene and safety reasons.
Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times can vary.
